Title: How are you celebrating America's independence?
Post by: jdefran on July 02, 2015, 08:58:55 AM
I figure most of us are celebrating Independence Day (if not there's a different forum for that :-X)..

There was a Memorial Day cook thread where everyone shared their cooks..let's do the same for the 4th. You just might inspire someone.

On my menu is faux burnt ends, spare ribs, mac & cheese, and a corn/avocado salad.

So what are y'all cooking?

Pool party. Burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, pot luck on the sides. I'm not hosting but doing some BBQ beans. Should be about 20 good friends.

Faux burnt ends and smoked chicken.
I'm craving ribs, maybe just because I'm not making any this weekend.

Ahhhh I can't wait.  I know the Mrs picked up pretzel rolls.
