Title: Ranch Spam
Post by: fedex on June 28, 2015, 05:05:21 PM
Did a couple Rib Racks today and  threw this on for dessert.  Done this many times but never bragged about it.  Brings Spam to a new level.

Go ahead and brag, I'd have a slice of that. Try using Hot and Spicy Tabasco flavored Spam if you haven't already.

Bud Light Presents - Real Men of Genius
Today we salute you, Mr. Ranch Kettle Spam Griller Guy
A Pit Master with less experience may have mistakenly used a grill of less magnitude.
But only you understand the best way to grill 12 ounces of Spam is on a 37.5" Weber Ranch Kettle
Grilled Spam! Yeah that just happened.
A savory and altogether mysterious culinary invention that baffles the human mind
Some may ask, is that really healthy? Your answer. Of course it is, it's meat isn't it?
So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, oh Sultan of Spam. You'll find it right next to your grill the size of some third world countries.

I used my homemade rib and pork rub.  Brown Sugar, Chili powder, SnP, Paprika pretty standard stuff.
