Title: Rack of Pork
Post by: Texmech on June 25, 2015, 04:30:30 AM
Was watching BBQ Pitmasters the other night and saw them do a Rack of Pork. Had never done that before so I am in the mood to try. My wife is the one I have to impress, but we both like pork. Saw a nice video by Malcom Reed on this. Anyone here try it and have good luck? Any tips and trick? Pics?

I have done a rack of pork, and I am very happy with the results.

Here is a link to how I did it, with a couple pics...
