I started out by testing the ATC I adapted to run a fan on the mini. Got the ATC running today. So I put on some pork shoulder country style boneless ribs on to see how it controlled temp. It ran good. The only thing I learned was that I should unplug the ATC before I remove the lid. Otherwise it reads a low temp and starts to stoke the fire.
Also cooked up some pork chops and asparagus on the 26r.
Here's the ATC I built a couple years ago that I adapted to run a fan.

And plated. I must say the pork shoulder country style boneless ribs was mighty good and very tender.

CSRs look great! Nice job with the ATS set, way beyond my ability
