It rained all day today.  Good thingI set up my canopy last night.

I set up a small snake with a couple of chunks of apple wood.

PorkBob getting ready to smoke.  Last year I made Harry Soo's bacon donuts. (http://"http://www.slapyodaddybbq.com/2014/05/bacon-wrapped-pineapple-mozzarella-rings-2/")  They where delicious but a pain to make.  Then this started popping up on Facebook so I decided to combine them.  Mine is a bacon wrapped pineapple stuffed with boneless country style ribs, string cheese and onion.

My wife does not like cooked pineapple so the other hunk of meat is the same thing, just no pineapple.

Serving it up with patio beans and the wifes mac salad.

Very nice! I'm really glad my girlfriend will eat anything I make because you @Hofy are a better man than I... I don't even like to make an extra dish of non-spicy for the wimps who stop by.

This is an awesome looking cook and something I really want to try soon!

My wife will actually eat just about anything I make.  There were plenty of left over ribs after stuffing the pineapple so it wasnt a big deal to make her a bundle.
