Wow I'am hungry now!.
Winner winner BURGER dinner... Damn! And bonus points for the pretzel buns 8)
Beauty! Probably my favorite burger.... Done up right!!
Food looks delicious and I like that grilling tray. I've never really enjoyed cooking burgers straight on the grate; when they sink into it they're harder to flip.
Thanks all!

That "grilling tray" are the Flat side of the GrillGrates.
That's another point in favor of Grill Grates, then. Don't have any, so didn't know they could be flipped over. I suppose what interests me most about this is that from what I've read, burgers cook great on griddles but the holes in that still permit some charcoal smoke to come up through. I can see them working for fish, too.

The holes also allow the grease to drain through too and without flare up. I generally use these exclusively on the flat side. Fish, veggies, steak, chops whatever turn out real good on the flat side. I cook fish all the time on the flat side.
Grill grates are awesome, the Owner Brad Barrett is a great guy too.
Burgers look killer. I'm liking what I see with those grill grates also.
Sauce
Yes, please!
Adding grillgrates to my list of Want!
Good looking burgers right there. Also one more reason for me to get some of those grates at some point.
Had no idea the grill greates were so versatile, great looking burgers!
Tremendous !!!
The twins are those tiny punkin's that own a Smokey?
The one you're making into a Mini WSM for them?

Yep, those are the twins who are gettin an early start on the art of cooking on a Weber.
And yes, they can eat but that burger was mine and it was huge. The girls had the plain one just cut up, proline style, with nothing on it.
