50/50 mix of beef and pork, put the meatballs direct on the grill direct to get a little crust and finished them indirect.

Put some of the meatballs in a bread pan with a jar of pizza sauce and let the sauce simmer and reduce by half

meatballs on a hallowed out Italian loaf. I put a butt load of mozzarella cheese too but accidentally delete the pic.

I really need to copy those for my pop! He and I used to sneak down to Paradiso's for awesome meatball and melanzan'e sammy's back in the day! :)
