3 pork loin chops, thinly sliced.
Season as you will. I used "The Squeal Hog Rub" over some grapeseed oil.
Cook 4 mins per side, indirect, using about 3/4 of a chimney. OMG they were delicious. These are the kind of pork chops that are maybe 1/4" thick.
