My brother came over to help me plant some new kettles   ;)

He brought along some Wild Boar Sausage. His friend is a hunter...

I told him I want to try smoking them. He said they looked hard to light --  ba-dum-ch --Thank You.....


Laid a fuse in Old Grey with Pecan wood...

Came out good, nice flavor. They'll be added to a sauce, but not before one jumped off the table and Bear got his sample. They had a bite to them, so he may be sorry later...

Nice to have your brother to bring over some  Wild Boar Sausage. I like how you smoked them.
