1st I'd like to thank any & all who have posted their grilling techniques & recipes here !!!
I've spent so much time in the low heat end of the spectrum in the last few years that I've forgotten a lot !!!
PLUS, you all have showed off some great tips & tricks I hadn't ever seen or thought about......
Soooo, I've been feelin' so cruddy for the last two months that all I could do was go out back & "Clang A Lid"
Don't need to elaborate, I thinlk everyone hear knows that sound !!!
But, finally got nough energy up to do a quick cook....
Got some damp Stubb's & Orange tree going & had a chance to kick back in the BBQ easy chair for a bit....

Dawgs were flippin' out playing w/ their tennis balls as the weather was really nice !!

Then set up some Yukon golds on the antique rack...

Then some de-boned chix breast that the wife had marinating all day...

That thing's ancient, maybe 30 years old.... works great & folds for easy storage....
I'd have no idea where to find one nowdays, I think I got it at K-Mart or maybe even a garage sale
