Title: "Oven" Fried Chicken
Post by: Craig on March 10, 2015, 06:25:02 AM
Here's my oven. Well just pretend it's a mid 70s General Electric in Harvest Gold...with a hint of burn orange when preheated.

Rinse and pat with water then dredge in "Kentucky Kernel" (my go to seasoning/breading)

20 minutes, turn 20 more minutes.

40 minutes later....

Another hit with the family. I'm thinking Chinese food tonight.... on the wok. Spring has sprung!

Delicious looking bird. This is one of my wifes favorites.  I guess I better get busy and make some too.

What exactly is Colonel Seasons?  Is it store bought or your own deal.

My bad I meant to say "Kentucky Kernel" yes it is store bought....

THIS is what I use. As store bought goes it is my favorite and there is NO MSG like some of the other brands.
