Title: RibEye with some fixins
Post by: Jeff on June 23, 2012, 04:43:36 AM
So last night I made some nice Rib Eye steak.  I also got to using my new Lodge CI pan(wish I had a another one or a bigger one now).  I made something simple in it.  Sliced up some potatoes and using a little bit of olive oil.  Had to put the rest I had cut up in an aluminum pan.  I also sauteed some fresh cut mushrooms.  Lastly just a couple ears of corn.  This would have been a perfect sized cook for the red 26, but its not ready yet.  So I didn't have a problem going with dual Mastertouchs'.   Sorry but most of my pics didn't turn out good enough to be worthy of posting, so here are a few.  They arent Lampe quality, BUTT thats ok too!

Awesome steaks and sides Jeff!

Corn and potatos on the grill are always a winner & great pictures!  :)

BTW, what did you season those steaks with? I might need to do some steaks tonight.

I used Weber Grill Creations "Chicago Steak" seasoning.  YUM!

I need to give that a try. One other I haven't seen used yet is the Penzy's Mitchell Street. I have a free coupon for it somewhere. Look around their site and you might even find one.
