I'm guessing you inverted the CI grates, but what flat top skillets are you using on the gasser?

On the Silver B, the CI grates are inverted. I like 'em better that way.
On the 3000, those are 7542 Griddles. It's my flattop 8)
Weber put rounded tabs on each side of the griddles to probably stop people from doing what I'm doing ::) I thought about grinding them off so they'll sit flat side by side.
Instead, I flipped one of the stamped grates and just put the griddle on top of it, that's why you can see a height difference. Works fine. I also removed the flavorizer bars. Figured I'd get better heat, and why burn up the bars since they're not needed to cover the burners.
I really like the setup.
