did a basic kansas city rib rub based in brown sugar and let sit overnight till noon when I put it in the grill
double snake 2 highl lit 12 coals and started the snake with them. the snake wrapped 3/4 of the kettle but only used 2/3rds of the snake when the temp hit 145, cook was 250ish for 5 hours with vents choked to about 1/4, applewood chunks on the snake

A little bit trickier to do than cooking 'till it just falls apart !!!
