Title: rotisserie chicken and charcoal stockpile
Post by: WNC on February 05, 2015, 02:25:07 PM
Sorry, no action shot tried to get a pic while the bird was spinning but it came out too dark. Anyway...
Picked up five bags of the Coshell, and thought why not try it out! Stopped at the store on the way home from Lowes and got a whole chicken.
All trussed up, seasoned with lemon pepper, and stuffed with a cut up lemon

After about and hour and half on the rotisserie

And this was today after I stopped by Lowes after work

Guess I'm kind of committed to Coshell for a while. This is my single largest stockpile of charcoal ever, and at $3.20 I keep thinking, why shouldn't I go back for more?
Oh yeah, chicken came out great, super juicy and tender!

The chicken looks great!!!
I think I like Rotis chicken more than Beer Can.
The Charcoal pile is a true treasure :)

Nice looking chicken there. As per the Coshell.....the only reason not to get more would be not enough room or cash. The performance and price make it a no brainer.
