Title: Bourbon habanero sauce and ribs
Post by: f2benny on February 02, 2015, 06:14:47 AM
Got a break in the weather to do three racks of baby backs on the performer.  My own sauce which is a modified bourbon sauce found on line.   I add the habanero peppers (2) as well as garlic, black pepper, tamarind paste, and honey.   Ribs were done 3-1-1/2 and I did the last two steps on the gasser.(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/02/87f969be03be478db1395dc1c892d986.jpg)(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/02/9a75e6bc74392d924832cb6a73a9b6cd.jpg)(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/02/a8ebe36a22dcec4844ce795cffd0b62a.jpg)(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/02/954cea12200493b48c2a8831daac0187.jpg)(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/02/29a5fc628977a23968a67ffc0bb9f7a7.jpg)

The glaze looks really sharp....kinda like sweet jerk sauce?
