Bit of fun on the Weber Platinum 18" the other night.
No pics of outside on the grill.. it was raining! But setup the kettle for indirect and some hickory for smoke. :)

Beautiful plating and delicious looking beef. I am going to have to try that Wagyu some day. I like the fact that it is pre-marinated :) :

I wouldn't mind being one of them aforementioned Wagyu cattle... Margaret River is an amazing wine region! World class Cabernet & Chardonnay there! :)
