Title: Chuck Roast Failure / Chilie Success

Had a bad BBQ day on Sunday.  BBQ Trolls kicked my ass and resulted into two crappy chuckies.

Today it turned into a pot of great chilie.

Just google searched "Simple chili's con carne".  My first homemade red chili's and I think it's pretty good.  Thanks for looking.
