I got a heads from a fellow WKC'er about this lime buried in a moving sale ad on my local CL last week. I made a few attempts at contacting the seller with no response. I had pretty much given up but decided on one last try. Glad I did... A huge THANK YOU! goes out to"Agent T" without his help this never would have happened. I haven't seen plastic wheels like these on a kettle before, they look like a plastic copy of the older metal wheels. I think they are original, anybody have any info on these?

That's a beauty for sure!! The plastic whitewalls followed the metal ones. The wheels should have a single white stripe just like the metal ones have. Very nice pick up!!
That's a pretty dang nice one there.....some crazing on the one side, but man, the lid & everything else looks grate
Craig's the keeper of the vault as far as styles of wheels & really styles of any part.....
Awesome Nice score Jeff!
Holy crap that looks beauty!!! Splendid find there.
That's an incredible find! If that is a BAR-B-Q-KETTLE lid vent with those wheels and the large bowl tabs it is from the tail end of 1974 through most of 1975.
Oh and Brian (Zavod44) makes sweet reproduction whitewalls that would make those wheels look factory fresh...
Thanks Guys!
BAR-B-Q-KETTLE lid vent pic, The owner told me he won it at his work. he guessed around 1973.
