Really wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this some it was cooked on my stove! Mods feel free to move this where you see fit if necessary!
I initially had no plans for the short ribs. The meat wasn't that much different from oxtails so I decided they'd get the same treatment!
I marinated them in the refrigerator for over a week. Finally got around to coming them this afternoon.

yum yum. never grilled short ribs yet, only in a crock pot. looks good.
