For once in as long as I can remember we had Christmas eve to ourselves this year (immediate family), so I decided to cook up a late dinner for my wife and I to enjoy while we made all the last minute preparations for morning. Started out with 3 really nice tenderloin filet's, some russet's, mushrooms and a can of cream of garlic & mushroom soup.

For the soup, I emptied the concentrate into a measuring cup but only added the 1/2 cup of milk (skipped the 1/2 cup water)

Beans removed from the grill and foiled. Soup mixture added to shrooms, boatload of cheese added to the potatoes and last but not least the steaks.
