So we are kind of on a brisket kick... ourselves and the in-laws love eating them and we enjoy cooking them to see the end results. We will be posting quite a few more brisket cooks in the future as we got a bargain on a case of packer briskets!
Brisket was seasoned with Tatonka Dust seasoning and Turbinado sugar and smoked with cherry.

Burnt ends in a foil pan with a little more Tatonka Dust Seasoning and Turbinado sugar and about 1/3 of a can of Budweiser beer.
