Title: saturday morning griddle action.
Post by: GregS on November 29, 2014, 09:55:47 AM
scored this little baby at an estate sale recently for $8, decided to give it a run.  it's a nice sunny saturday morning approaching 50F for a freak of nature day, we'll take it here in chicago!

i believe it's aluminum with a teflon type coating over it.  what i liked is it reacted to the temp change needs i had really well by just moving some coals around.  cooled off and heated up very fast.

Picked up a Lodge CI griddle last time I was down to see L.B. and it is about the same size as the one you got there Greg.  Handy as heck it is.

Awesome breakfast cook. I'd eat that also for lunch or dinner depending on the mood.
