... on my performer! ;D
First off a very Happy Thanksgiving to you all and best wishes for a safe and happy holiday season!
I hope y'all don't mind that I join in for the Turkey cooking fun! 8)
A couple days ago I started off with a direct rip-off of
@Idahawk's Apple brine for 24hrs, then to the fridge to dry and now onto the grill!
Here are a few shots as things progress... its set to dump buckets later today so I am all set-up hiding under a splinter of eaves trough ;)

Once again Happy Turkey Day to you and yours!
Matt
Nice. Good luck.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Here's the rest of the pics, I'm very happy with how things came out! Super flavourful and moist! My wife actually said "How are we supposed to tell your Mom it tastes this good!" as my mom has cooked us amazing Turkey dinners for many years now! lol - It was taken as a huge compliment :D It looks like Christmas dinners at our house this year!
Sides were Candied Yams, Bacon Wrapped Pineapple, Roasted Veggies and Yorkies! It all tasted wonderful and we ate our faces off... then I remembered I have a hockey game and am on the ice in 1 hour from now. I'll be draggin' an anchor around the ice tonight!! ;)
Take care all and Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you Craig - I feel I lost presentation points on the bird by using the rib rack but it all tasted great! ;D
Wow! Nice spread.
Matt, I gotta say that you have cooked up some tasty vittles lately!
Delicious looking plate-up, I must say. It's late here on the east coast, but I'm already hungry for a late night snack. :)

Thanks Mark! I've been trying to branch out a bit in terms of the variety of things we eat at home so why not do that on the grill! Taking pictures is also something I enjoy and the two seem to compliment each other as food gives so much color and texture to work with to keep things interesting.
... things still chilly back East? We had our first bit of snow a couple nights ago:

I am right there with you 604. My plating and pictures are good but not as fine as yours though. Love that Lime CB performer...sharp bloody cooker right there.

Me too! I had a pineapple ripening on my kitchen table for about two weeks. Apparently the fruit flies got to it before I could grill it! Man, I was mad! ;)
Beautiful Bird 604! You're the master!
