Title: Ribs, Beans and "Just Potatoes"
Post by: SixZeroFour on November 11, 2014, 09:53:36 AM
Yesterday I smoked some back ribs on the WSM and cooked a couple sides on the performer. @MacEggs posted up those glorious looking potatoes the other day so I couldn't resist trying them out myself... very delicious! They took about 2 hours or so at 375 and they were perfectly tender. Another "staple" recipe added to the book - Cheers Mark.

Hope you guys enjoy:

On to the Copper SS... Beans are in a fantastic little lodge piece of CI given to me as a gift from @Dave O - The shape works out perfectly on the kettle!

These were the best ribs I've ever made, and I now plan to stand up, walk away from the computer and eat all the leftovers ;)

Take care all!
