Well, it does get dark early now, but that doesn't hamper firing up a kettle.

Sprayed with coconut oil and seasoned with some pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and a hint of ground chipotle powder. They were really tasty. I did hit the squash once while cooking. They were roasted indirect at 375. Took about one hour to complete. You can get the coconut oil in a spray can. The flavor is perfect for butternut squash.
