Title: Rehabbed redhead
Post by: bwb on October 26, 2014, 08:56:16 AM
Just put this old girl back in service.
Sanded and painted the firebox and sides.
Cleaned up the logo.
New stainless flavorizer bars, new cast iron grates,  new igniter, and a good cleaning.

Very happy with the results!

Ha! The watering can and the grill or both kind of my wife's. She has been begging me for a gas grill for a while. I got a two burner in great condition but really wanted a three with the deeper firebox. Took a few months to find this one and then a few weeks to get it ready to cook.
It sees weekday duty for quick cooks of pork tenderloin or chicken.

Anything serious gets done over charcoal or wood :-)
