Title: Gator Sausage and Loin Chops
Post by: SwampDonkeyzBBQ on October 15, 2014, 03:56:09 PM
A friend gave me some smoked gator sausage, so I cut up some loin chops to go with it.  Firing up the grill and gonna see what happens.

Turned out damn good.  The gator sausage was excellent!  Super moist, with just the right amount of spice.

Looks good to me.  What kind of seasoning did you use on the chops?

Thanks guys!  I used a rub, made by Sucklebusters, called Wild Thang.  It's a sweet and savory rub.  Went really well with the pork.
