Title: Estate Sale Score Of The Day
Post by: argentflame on September 12, 2014, 11:14:23 AM
Since I'm only 5 miles away from this place and it says bbq pits on the ad. I decided to check it out.
Looking at the corner of the back yard. At first glance I thought it was a plum Weber covered with dust. Only one I have seen this year was one with a Kraft logo. It is a chocolate brown Happy Cooker.

When I was loading it in the car a gentleman ask me how much I paid for the grill. I told him $20. He
asked me if I would sell it to him since his old bbq was beatup. I went ahead and gave it to him.

You, my fine feathered friend, need to have a blog on the front page called :

                     "Argentflame's  Score Of The Day"

Did you happen to check out or save out the internal ash pan?

Alvin, such a cool thing to do.  Truly a giving act.  What was the expression on the guy's face?

(Full disclosure, I mistakenly called you Lawrence but just updated my comment.  Forgive me, I'm new.  Also, I'm in a food coma after lunch)

Unfortunately it did not have an internal ash pan. I would have kept it.
