I sent my ET-732 to maverick a few weeks ago with a note that stated it was several years old and no longer in warranty. I told them how much I love it and that I just wanted them to look at repairing it for me. I arrived home today and to my surprise was a new ET-732 waiting for me.

I was barely out of warranty with a probe that was flashing the dreaded "HHH" and they replaced it, no questions asked. Definitely great customer service!!!
I can't get them to answer any emails Horrible customer service.

They have always been great to me. I call them on the phone, though, so maybe that's a better option than email.
I'm returning mine to get a thermapen. My temps are off by 5-10 degrees
