Last week was very busy for me. When I was at home, I was completely exhausted ... trying to recover from all of the activities.

Aussie, WKC member, nuts4ribs, tied the knot with my niece on July 5th.

Before all that, there was lots going on. My parents hosted a gathering of mostly Aussies for the Canada Day celebrations.

I was requested to cook up some ribs. They were cooked on Sunday June 29th, and then hauled up to my folks place.
I re-heated them on July 1st ... and they were a hit! And, so were the turds and moinks!

I cooked 6 racks on the UDS, plus a tray of drip pan beans. 40 turds and 20 moinks on my boy blue. :D 8)
