Title: Lamb ribs
Post by: kendoll on June 22, 2014, 10:17:54 PM
So I got 4kg of lamb ribs last week and froze them all at once. So this weekend I cooked 4kg of lamb ribs on the Performer.

I really wish I had taken some pics of them cooking but I just had too much on.  :(
I used the warming rack to give myself some extra room (and still get an indirect effect going) but even with that it was a struggle to fit them on.

So all I have is some finished pics. I also did a couple of spuds (wrapped in foil with some butter, oil, and salt and pepper) and some corn coated in Mad Hunky GP rub.

Some whole

Some sliced

And a nice beer to go with it.

They were amazing! I have cryovac'd them up for future consumption.

Nice Cookup !!!!!!

Yeah, any kind of lamb stuff here is tricky.......need to look carefully to find good cuts & finding ribs like that would either be tough or very expensive......Good Show, mate !!!!
