I wanted to try a little smoked Hungarian sausage in a turd. You guys use a 'Smokey' which I have no point of reference for. So really, I'm flying blind. So I just keep trying different sausages and see what I like most.
I also wrapped some asparagus. The family loves those. And the left over sausages that came in the pack were thrown on as well.
And to make it a 'healthy' meal, because apparently bacon isn't healthy, :- :o I quartered some sweet potatoe and tossed some spices on them. All this was done using my newly commissioned elevator.
Once finished, rather than using plates, we sat around the SS and chowed down. Perfect lunch!

My local Butcher has whole carcasses which is a rarity. I just tell him what I want. These ones are pretty fucking meaty!
