I picked up this never used 26"roti a few weeks ago. Just a slight amount of rust. A few pics:

Interesting pieces that came with it. What is the gold piece for?
Very nice. Are you gonna use it?
The rod fits in one end and the handle screws
into the other end of the gold piece. The
counter weight hangs here.
Cool roti!
That mount on the motor looks just like the 22" roti set up I sold G$.
We speculated it might be aftermarket but I'm starting to think that maybe it was just older.
The tabs welded to the ring were also squared off instead of rounded like mine.
Any chance you could take a look at yours and see what they look like?
Do you know how old yours is?
This is the second 26 inch roti I have picked up. The first
is from the early to mid 1960s. I'm not sure how old this one
is. They are very similar though with some minor differences.
Both rotis have square tabs. Also the motors and brackets are
the same.
I am away for a few days but will get some pictures of the
side by side fully assembled when I return.
Nice find!! Been looking for one for my 22" for quite a while...just cant see spending more on the accessory then the grill itself..
harris your bed sheets are gross.
your wife doesn't get mad that you lay them out in the grass like that?
:P :P
Hey, maybe it's his own spin on the WKC motto: Rescue. Restore. Repulse ;D
Keep 'em coming Stephen, but go easy on the DNA. :o ;D
I got the sheets back on the bed before my
lovely wife got home. I guess I should have washed them. ;)
