Title: First cook - tritip
Post by: Nate on June 15, 2014, 06:36:57 PM
This is my first time on charcoal and did tritip for our fajita dinner. Seared 3 min each side and finished cook indirect. Pulled at 123* and let it set for 15 minutes until the peppers and onions were done. Not to bad for the first time. ;D

Peppers and onions on my old weber genesis.
