Title: Grad Party Cook
Post by: landgraftj on June 08, 2014, 07:18:24 AM
As promised to buckie, here's some photos of my daughter's HS grad party cook. I'm terrible with remembering to take photos when I cook but I tried hard to get some decent ones.

Rubbed and such

22 and 18 WSM for butts and beans, and 26er and brick red performer (on the deck) for turds too

Drip Beans combined into a larger pan

One of four butts (last one to finish)

Marty I was so busy these past few weeks that I completely forgot to invite you guys. My wife asked me why I didn't and I told her I just forgot! Would have been nice to see the locals.

Yes, I did Ken. Right around 350-400 for 30-45 minutes. They were a huge hit with the folks.

That's a serious cook.  I'll bet the people at the party will be talking about your dinner for a long time to come.
Congratulations on her graduation.
