Title: Drunk Injected Chicken

This was a Drunk Chicken I made a while back, while injected it with creole butter.
The picture I didnt get was when it was draped with Maple bacon towards then end for some additional flavor.

Ummmmm ....creole butter.....looks really good & great pic, too.....like the flame in the background !!!!

Damn.  Great looking bird.  I use the butter creole as well when I inject and it really works well.  Nice and juicy.
