Hey all, I had my Mom and Step-Father over for Memorial Day. I made the salmon recipe from this book. I highly recommend the book. I've done this salmon twice now and it has been a huge hit both time. There's also a recipe for stuffed pork chops that I love too. Lots of fun stuff to try in the book.

Doing some burgers on my new Uline Smokey Joe for the fish haters in my midst. Boo! Although, the burgers looked pretty freakin' good!

Here they are ready to come off. I don't have the hang of the Smokey Joe yet and I let the charcoal poop out so I had to finish the burgers on the Performer.

Here's the plate. Not too colorful, but man is that salmon great stuff. I can't recommend this recipe highly enough. BTW - the second page above doesn't say much so you could use just the first page. Basically, just put it on for fifteen to twenty minutes, yada, yada, yada.
