Title: Memorial Day Pig Roast...
Post by: harris92 on May 26, 2014, 03:32:20 PM
A couple neighbor buddies and I smoked a 50 lb pig on the reverse flow trailer smoker for our cul de sac party.  10 hours later a bunch of people were happy! :)

That is awesome. Was the skin crispy? I have been wanting to do that on my RK. Have not found anybody that could do Filpino Style roast pig with crispy skin.

The thinner part of the skin was crispy (legs, etc).  The thicker part was not.  We would have need to increase the temp to ~350 or so to crisp all the skin.   :)
