Since my wife has been cooking for me for the last 27 years I never learned how to cook. Since I got the weberitis last August 2013 I have to learn how to cook. With the help of our Grillfellas and from our forum. I'm learning slowly but surely. Cooking on Webers is the most enjoyable thing to do. I wished that I have learned this 40 years ago. I like being coached because there is so much to learn.

Don't know how to cook? I beg to differ!
Nice job on the cook Argent. Your learning curve is coming up very fast.
So how was the apples???
Dan

Winz
Thank you everybody.
The apples are great sprinkled with a little cinnamon I got that idea from you 'Cuda Dan.
Pork Loin tip is a 1buckie style cook
The reason we had ribeyes my sister in law ask me to BBQ at their house for dinner so I brought my kettle.before we
Went to her house she said she bought a brisket. LOL. So gummi suggested I should take home the brisket and buy steaks instead.

Say WHAT?
Don't know how to cook?
Guess again !!!!!
So how were the pork sirloins, juicy enough?
Also, was that a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd set of cooks on the Saturday one, or two kettles?
Either way, dang good lookin' cookups !!!!!
Pork Loins came out very juicy. Injected 50/50 beer and apple juice. Since I can't find Tony Cachere's or Cajun butter injection locally. Had to improvised.
Safeway Cowboy Coffee rub was really good. Compliments of Duke.
Saturday I only used one kettle.
GREAT !!!!
Improvising & running a rotation thru one kettle.......the earmarks of knowin' what yer doin' !!!!!
See the benefit of juicing them up & then cooking, as opposed to saucing after the cook?
Nice, AF. I agree with the guys above and say you got the hang of this now. I'm glad the steaks worked out for you. How'd you get those sear marks on the steak?
Used my grill grates for sear marks. Also grill grates control the flare ups. My sister bought the grates for me. First time cooking rib eyes. Thank you for the tip on cooking them gummi.
Like 1buckie tells me Enjoy! Everthing turns out good.
