Title: Just another porky weekend

Doing a twofer this weekend..

First up, both the rack of babybacks and the butt have landed, 7:06 am.

This pic is at about 11:54 am and the ribs got a light coating of Number 5 sauce and are starting their last hour of heat.

Going under the knife at 12:58 pm.

Awesome cook. Ribs looks delicious. What time did you finished cooking the butt?

Hi and thanks argentflame, the butt finally hit my target temp of 203 about 7:30 pm and I left it wrapped in foil till it
came down to 145 degrees at 10 pm.  It was so juicy and tender, kind of like barky porky buttah. ;)

Thanks gummi. Yeah I am, picked this one up used last December and been cooking with it at least once a week.
I know you have WSM's but have you used one?
