I wrapped some chicken breasts and leftover pork tenderloin and provilone in some bacon and cooked them on the mini WSM @ 300* for a cpl hours, fried some potatoes on the kettle, and finished with a peach brown betty in the Dutch Oven. That's what we called supper tonight.

We sliced peaches, added some sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter, then topped with oats, brown sugar and butter. We put it in a pie pan and in the D.O. I put the unspent coals from the mini WSM cook and the leftovers from the potatoes under and on top and it cooked while we ate.
