I signed up at our Church to help cook meals for families that don't have time to cook for themselves due to surgery, or taking care of a family member, etc. The organization is called Caring Meals. This is only my second time making a meal for someone but thought I would share the pics.
Some chicken thighs seasoned with Chef Merito chicken seasoning over mesquite lump. Also cooked a couple chubs of Jimmy Dean sausages for making breakfasts faster and easier. One was for them and one was for us.

That's a great thing you are doing to help and serve others. I like it! However I do feel bad for the other people bringing meals... how are they ever going to live up to that spread? :D
