From a Cook's Country recipe. Amazing sauce! I highly recommend this one.

That my friend is good eats!  I love huli huli chicken ever since having it from a North Shore street vendor.  His trailer has a elec motor turning a bicycle chain and a bazillion spits fitted with sprockets.  The coal is spread on the trailer bed.

I've been to the island half a dozen times, but I've never run into a Huli vendor. Guess I'll have to go back and look harder! Not just good eats, GREAT eats!

Do you have a link to the recipe? I have never heard of Huli huli chicken. Looks like barbecue sauce on grilled chicken. Looks good!
