Marinated the flank in olive oil, lemon juice, soy, and a bunch of spices. I roasted corn that was later cut from the cob, pablano later skinned and jalapeño. My wife made all sorts of accompanying items including grilled peppers and onions and queso and avacado. It was incredible. I didn’t get a plated pic but it was a fun cook.
