Title: Beef Ribs, first try

First attempt at Beef Ribs on the Performer. Doing them Texas Hill Country (Salt Lick) style...Snake method with Pecan and an Apple Mop. Fingers crossed!

They came out so good! Fork tender with good bark and sweet, salty, smoky 'Burnt Ends'. Wife says it's better than Brisket.  Will definitely be doing this again!

That is a "The Last Kaiser' Imperial Marzen (Oktoberfest) from Cowtown Brewing in Fort Worth,  Texas. It's delicious!
