Title: What are you sporting on your pavers
Post by: toolhead on February 05, 2016, 03:06:54 AM
I have an 18" 14" wsm..find this to be an ideal combo.

To date ive smoked chicken , st louis ribs, baby back ribs, beef short rib chunks, pork belly, brisket.

I also smoke all my own jerky treats for my puppy.
Smoke beef /pork/chicken and salmon jerky treats.

Anyone else smoking their own jerky treats whether for yourself or your  legged family member?

Moved into a brand new house last year. Don't have a patio in yet so my 22 just sits right outside next to the house with my OTG. All of my other grills are in the garage.

I have smoked chicken, turkey, ATBs, pork shoulder, country ribs, meatballs, meatloaf, beef short ribs. Sure I am forgetting stuff.

I need to get some type of patio/outdoor cooking area set up. We have a screened back porch and I do my grilling smoking on a small (3'x3') concrete slab outside of that.

I've got a 14 right now out on the deck next to my two kettles. Looking for an 18 now to expand my smokin area. I've been smoking mainly ribs, pork butts, and an occasional chicken. May be trying a brisket this Sunday for the game. Hopefully I'll get some pics posted of that cook. Also, would like to try jerky one day.

We're planning on expanding our patio area this year. It's a little cluttered...

and there are more waiting in the wings.

I'm working on growing the collection, will remain modest compared to the awesomeness I see around here, as space is limited. But I do have room for a couple more.
