Title: Jalapeño popper chicken breast

Hasselbeck style chicken with cheddar and bacon.  Grated cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, splash of half and half, and a generous portion of jalapeños.  Cooked on a newly restored Mediterranean with a bit of apple smoke.  #8 Wagner “National”.  ‘Twas a bit hot [emoji3062] but very flavorful.

Good grief…that looks really good! Nice grill too! Can you detail more of the recipe? It looks like fancy potato salad in the last two pics.

Looks freaking tasty!
How can you go wrong, with cheese, bacon, half/half and jalapenos.

Nice RRR on the Mediterranean! Your wife did a nice job on the whitewalls.

You need to come to Florida in 2022 for the Miami F1 race.
