Damn some of you work fast... I have 90% of what I need to build a New Red SSP out of NOS top frame and door with the rest made from scratch. (saw on on CL a month ago) I also have what I need to make a side burner SSP out of extra parts. I planned on putting it between the handles tho.
Amazing work I really like the gray frame!

Never seen that mod before. That is mod the of the year (IMO) and makes the SSP more functional as a total cooker.

@Stiff_014 that looks great! Can you add in some build details (side burner source, how you hooked both up to one tank, etc)?
-
@jkolantern I used connection T brass to feed from 5lbs tank. Then I bought from Amazon an adjustable pressure regulator to feed both burners. If I used the stock regulator there is not enough pressure if both burners are working, the flame is too weak. The two hoses hoses I used, is the old hose from the SSP. I used also conversion brass fitting to connect all together. The side burner is from a Weber summit gasser. I drill a hole for separate electronic igniter for the bowl burner beside the sparker of the side burner. I have a detailed pics and Videos in FB group. I have a hard time loading a pic and videos here coz the file is too large. I will post pics next time the connection of my hose for my Wedgewood project. I found in Amazon a stainless steel hose that is 2ft long enough for both burners.

Very nice! Did you powder coat the kettle too? Looks sharp!
