I see a lot of pitmasters using phosphates injections to inhance
The moisture in their meats . What r your thoughts?

Only for competition but I would be curious how many mg this adds. Phosphorus levels that are too high or too low can cause medical complications, such as heart disease, joint pain, or fatigue.
